Why My Website Has Changed

Hey guys, as you may or may not know, I started my website and began publishing books when I was fourteen. I am now seventeen, and in those three (and a half) years, I have grown and changed a lot. I want my website to represent me as accurately and transparently as possible—thus the reason for all this change. Let’s go through a list of all the changes, shall we?

Information About My Books

Only two of my published books actually seek to glorify Jesus, and out of those two, only one is actually long enough to be considered a book (The Enchanted Garden). As a result, I will be changing the focus of my website from “my published books and RV travels” to “upcoming books and blog posts.” Mostly the blog, though.

Blog

My blog used to be a travel blog. It was mainly about the pictures, and I didn’t put much effort into writing each post. I also think my blog didn’t look visually appealing. Now, I am going to be blogging about other things. Here is a list of some things you can expect:
    • Posts about my journey as a Christian
    • My thoughts and opinions on certain topics (which are still to be decided).
    • Interviews with my brothers
    • Q&A.
    • Insight into my songs, books, and WIP’s
I still need to decide on some of these. If you have any suggestions or comments, message me through this contact form. Ideas, questions (for Q&A), and requests are all appreciated.

Design

When I designed my website a few years ago, I had no idea what my theme (colors) were, so I randomly chose white and blue. I recently designed cover art for some of the songs I’m working on and decided on a specific color pallet. The colors include black and white for the words and blue, purple, and pink for the designs. Since I will be using KNWBOOKS as my music artist website, I wanted to incorporate these colors into it. I changed my logo into something that looks more professional and displays clearly what I am.

Shop

I’m really excited about this one. I’ve crocheted and knit a bunch of items I think you guys will enjoy. In general, people don’t know what I have for sale, because they aren’t checking my shop constantly. To fix this, I will be doing product drops, which means I will be releasing a bunch of pre-made items at one time. I will do this every half year or so (but I can’t promise anything). I will send out reminders to everyone on my email list to make sure you know when the product drops happen. If you aren’t already subscribed and want to know when new items are available (before they sell out), head to the bottom of this page and sign up.

Conclusion

So there you go: the reasons to why everything has changed. I hope you enjoyed this blog post. If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact me. I will be releasing updates and new blog posts in the future, so stay tuned by subscribing to my email list at the bottom of this page. Happy reading, everyone!
