Your information is collected and stored solely for the purpose of shipping items to you and communicating with you about your purchases. All information will be kept private.
Shipping takes four to seven business days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product(s) to reach you may vary. Factors outside of our control (such as mail carrier issues and delays) may also affect the shipping time.
Once you have purcased an item, you have 12 hours to request a refund. Anything after that requires that you contact us and explain what is going on. We may or may not be able to grant you a refund, depending on the situation.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We cannot do exchanges for faulty items. If you find your purchase unsatisfactory, request a refund and explain why you are doing so. We may or may not be able to grant you your money back, depending on the situation
